I believe storytelling has the power to create positive change in our world through our shared humanity.

I like to make people laugh, volunteer, meditate, play basketball, travel, and stay involved in the activism community (also popcorn). My documentary voice was developed by traveling & building community with some of the worlds most vulnerable people. My eye for directing comedy was honed through years as a working comedian, serving as creative director of the iO Comedy Network, freelance writing for Comedy Central, and writing/producing for Viacom.

Currently, I’m rep’d non-exclusively with Heave Ho Productions. I’ve directed national TV spots, been awarded at international festivals, and garnered millions of views online.  TV credits include FOX’s Masked Singer universe, ergo my IMDB page might finally prove to my grandparents that my film school education was not a waste.

Being a filmmaker that helps people is my aim. So, I started What Matters Productions, a nonprofit that helps other nonprofits share their story and fundraise, we’ve helped raise over $1,500,000 to date. Developing TV shows that will change the world via our medium, like Volunteer With Me, is my passion.
